Andreas Stueber trained in renowned restaurants in the Black Forest, Austria and Switzerland and is meantime known far beyond the walls of Bacharach. Under the eyes of the enthusiastic viewers of the programme ”Romantischer Rhein”, from the series ”Wunderschoenes NRW”, he has often conjured up hearty and exquisite dishes.
As a founder-member of a World Heritage group of hotels and restaurants, he has proven his culinary loyalty to the Middle Rhine region. Since the nomination of their romantic Middle Rhine Valley region as part of the UNESCO World Heritage, the members have been devoting themselves in particular to quality service in the Middle Rhine Valley.
And Andreas Stueber leads the way with good example: he was one of the first in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate to train as a Quality Coach and have his Rhein-Hotel in Bacharach am Rhein certified.
