The Rhein-Hotel with Stueber’s Restaurant is one of Bacharach’s favourites. We spoil our guests with innovative and regional culinary specialities, and the corresponding wines, plus friendly service in a unique atmosphere.

These include: ”Certified Service Quality Rhineland-Palatinate”, ”World Heritage Hotel and Restaurant Owners”, and the quality features of the ”Tafelrunde”.
Enthusiastic Guests are the Key to Success
People’s aspirations are constantly rising and in the tourism sector only enthusiastic guests ensure long-term success. This is the reason behind the initiative ”Service Quality Rhineland-Palatinate”. It aims to give all those in the state involved with tourists the possibility to test their own service quality and purposely optimise it to everyone’s advantage.
As a founder-member of a World Heritage restaurant and hotel owners’ group who began to focus more on service quality in the valley of the Middle Rhine after it was designated as part of the World Heritage, our hotel was one of the first in the Rhineland-Palatinate to complete training as a quality coach and set up a quality management in our hotel.
Today, our hotel has been certified as quality level I.

The Quality Drive in the World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley
Service quality is key. And it is systematically promoted in the World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley by the ”Welterbe Gastgeber”, a special association of hotel and restaurant owners whose aim is to signal to tourists and locals alike that this is a place worth going to, a place with World Heritage standards.
As a member of this association, who after designation of the romantic Middle Rhine Valley as part of the UNESCO World Heritage dedicated themselves to service quality, we naturally and consistently support the group’s initiative. We are particularly proud therefore that the Rheinhotel Bacharach was one of the first gastronomic business in this region to be given the Quality Seal.
Wherever you read ”Welterbe-Gastgeber” you can be assured that the standards are those of a World Heritage host.

Excellent Cuisine and Atmosphere
”Stueber’s Restaurant” on the historical town wall of Bacharach am Rhein is a select member of the supra-regional restaurant cooperative ”Tafelrunde” of which Andreas Stueber, a quality-conscious chef, was also a co-founder.
The motto of the ”Tafelrunde” is: Traditional Rheinland-Pfalz Gastronomy – young, dynamic and affably presented”.
The members are exclusively restaurants that cultivate and preserve the regional cuisine with great attention to detail. The restaurant-owners personally cook and serve the food. The ”Tafelrunde” characterized by a common quality control, a good price/service ratio and the constant further training of all those involved.
